Job Description
Aspire Global Solutions is searching for a Customer Service Representative specializing in Home Appliances. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with home appliance-related inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding home appliances, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Assist customers in diagnosing and troubleshooting appliance issues over the phone or through electronic channels.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of appliance problems.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to achieve satisfactory solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- At least 18 years old
- With good communication skills
- College Graduates/Fresh Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
- Vocational Course Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
- ALS Graduate, High School Graduate with or without BPO EXPERIENCE

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
