Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients within assigned sales accounts.
As an Online Assistant | Chat Support, your main responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients within your designated sales accounts. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote product or service offerings.
In order to effectively assist clients, you will need to establish and maintain strong relationships with them. This will involve understanding their needs and preferences, as well as promoting relevant product or service offerings to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Working closely with the sales team, you will have the opportunity to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities. By understanding the clients’ needs and preferences, you can provide valuable insights to help maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
Your ultimate goal will be to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients. This can be achieved by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns, resolving any issues that may arise, and consistently exceeding their expectations.
