Job Description
Primary responsible for the effective and efficient performance of internal audit deliverables in accordance to the organization’s philosophy and policies, with considerations to rules and regulations on audit standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or other related program
- Open for fresh graduates
- Preferably CPA or professional certificate on the field
- Well oriented to audit methodology – risk-based audit
- Basic research and analytical skills
- Coordinative (Inter Unit/Company Levels)
- Self confident with pleasing, dynamic personality
Responsibilities:
- Audit selection by executing risk-assessment procedures to be conducted, and planning services by consolidating the risk assessment outputs to be reviewed by Auditors II & II before submission to Audit Supervisor.
Delivers regular audit services such as:
- Reports to and receives instructions from superior auditors in conducting audit engagement activities.
- Prepares audit paraphernalia before the start of engagements
- Performs audit on less critical and less complex auditable areas as assigned by Audit Supervisor
- Prepares draft summary, audit working papers and documents
- Clerical tasks
- Facilitation of exit meeting activity including reservation of venue, sending reminders to attendees among others
- Summarizes and communicates the output of other assurance service
