Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To monitor the dialer to assure proper flow and distribution of calls between the agents, and to analyze the activity of the dialer.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Good technical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
