Job Description
As a Purchasing and Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the procurement and inventory process within our company. Your primary role will involve ensuring the availability of goods and materials, negotiating with suppliers, and optimizing inventory levels to meet the demands of our operations.
You will be required to analyze and evaluate suppliers, establish and maintain relationships with them, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions for procurement contracts. It will be essential to monitor inventory levels, review demand forecasts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and prevent stock shortages or excesses.
You should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are crucial for successful collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in utilizing inventory management systems and software will be an advantage.
