Job Description
- Conducts interviews of clients
- Verifies information submitted by clients
- Conducts field verification of information of clients applying for loans
- Verifies all the information that was written by the loan applicant in the submitted application form
- Follows up payments from delinquent accounts
- In-charge of the daily reminders for the branch, which includes sending text messages or calling clients to remind them of upcoming due dates, or follow up on past due payments, etc.
- Performs other tasks assigned by Branch Head, Department Head, or Division Head
