Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT (ERP) Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of ERP software implementation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeframes and budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the project team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project milestones.
- Managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and determine project objectives.
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identifying risks and issues, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Overseeing the testing and quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in ERP system implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
