Job Description
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cash Posting Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately posting and reconciling all incoming cash payments for our company.
Your main duties will include reviewing payment information, verifying receipts, and ensuring they are allocated to the correct customer accounts. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to cash postings.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively work with both internal teams and external customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in using financial software and tools. Prior experience in cash posting or accounts receivable functions would be an advantage.
