Job Description:
- QA the HIS assessment form from ground nurses and QA
- Review all discipline notes and make recommendation, correction, and approve
- Full Episode QA the clinic documents from Referral sources to EMR on a daily basis
- Work closely with Clinical team and Insurance verification team on each payer wise referrals on a daily basis
- Updating all the referral forms on a daily basis and report to the supervisor
- Contribute a high level of involvement in the patient intake process
- Assist the supervisors with other tasks based on operational needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of our patient and prospect details
- Must be multitasking also keeping zero errors on fax keying in EMR process
- Keeping high morale and teamwork attitude throughout the period
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
