Job Description
- Operate the point-of-sales system.
- Receive cash for every transaction.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy.
- Greet customers with courtesy and manners.
- Answer inquiries about products and assist customers with their needs.
- Scan items, bag purchases, and reconcile receipts with cash.
- Check purchased items to minimize customer complaints.
- Provide assistance and support to customers.
- Handle duties such as refiling and displaying items.
- Report customer complaints to the Manager for resolution.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, especially the counter area.
- Submit daily sales report to Operations Manager and Finance Department.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
