Job Description
Reports to: Order Management Assistant Manager
Work Arrangement: On-site
Work Location: Cabuyao, Laguna
Accountabilities:
- Order tracker monitoring such as order status, customer details, tracking number, pricing among others.
- SO for order received and fulfilled by e-com partners
- CMIP e-com transaction booker orders daily reporting
- Sales invoice processing
- Monitoring order (Flagging failed pick up, Cancellation request, SLA Breached)
- RTS (ready to ship) processing and monitoring
- Pack and Print airway bill
- Order Normalization
- Monitoring of delivery receipt & purchase goods issuance (for warehouse processing)
- Store fulfillment monitoring / KPI achievement
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift

- Alabang (Required)

- Alabang: Relocate before starting work (Required)
