Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Support Executive/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our valued customers.
Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A friendly and professional phone demeanor is essential. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Previous customer service experience is highly preferred, and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
