Job Description
Help to manage and improve quality & performance of riders, drivers, and agency providers; Handles fleet operations and ensure compliance with the Company’s driver policies, processes, and operational standards; Manage and improve driver (2W,4W & external provider) community to increase driver engagement and goodwill.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages coordination with Independent Contractor (IC) and Third-Party Provider.
- Manage Agency Providers of 2W, 4W, and Other Vehicle from Provider.
- Make sure all KPI’s are monitored and discussed with the Independent Contributor.
- Manage and allocate Supply for Vehicle Types to all Partner Clients.
- Ensures that we are On time in terms of Payment to Fleet (2W, 4W, and external providers).
- Resolve Rider / Driver issues like Earning Dispute, Able to escalate and coordinate Legal actions in case there’s a failure of delivery e.g. hold-up and lost items cases.
- Make sure to mitigate and coach Rider / Drivers for an SOP violation or expected performance or targets are not met.
- Execute Company processes and applications that can drive Productivity and Efficiency in Fleet Operations.
