Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Shared Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the talent management activities within our organization.

As a Talent Shared Services Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintaining employee records and information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and supporting recognition programs.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team. A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are also essential.
