Job Description
Reports to: E-Commerce Assistant Manager
Work Arrangement: On-site
Work Location: Alabang
Accountabilities:
A. Merchandising / Inventory
- Tracking, Maintaining, and monitoring of Stocks on e-commerce platform
- Replenishing stocks across all e-commerce platforms
- Coordinating with warehouse and logistics regarding stock transfers
- Coordinating with Product Management/ Key Accounts regarding stock allocation per SKU
- Implementing agreed online merchandising strategies
- Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to determine product needs
- Tracking and reporting of online sales performance
- Tracking and monitoring of Ageing units
B. Operations
- Tracking and Monitoring of Order delivery and dropship
- Adhering to company e-commerce processes and standards
- Submitting reports on operation activities and recommend possible solutions to operational challenges issues
C. Customer Service
- Extending assistance to all e-commerce platform day-to-day operations
- Implementing standard customer service procedures and policies
- Achieving customer satisfaction goals and objectives and providing customer service-related reports as required
- Implementing agreed category online programs and campaigns
- Monitoring product uploading and onboarding across all online platforms
- Monitoring back-end process on e-commerce platform
- Updating inventory and key-visuals on e-commerce platform
