Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management, offering transparency into the financial health of both companies. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and present key insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Provide comprehensive financial management for both the media and e-commerce business in the Philippines, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, adherence to group policies, and compliance with local regulations.
• Lead a team by setting clear performance expectations, fostering a collaborative work culture, and providing guidance on financial procedures and best practices. Conduct regular performance reviews and support development initiatives.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end AP and AR processes, negotiating payment terms, and optimizing cash flow.
• Coordinate with the regional finance team to standardize and streamline accounting and finance processes.
• Implement and oversee robust inventory management processes for the e-commerce sector. Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits, ensuring timely submission of financial statements and compliance with international accounting standards. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, considering strategic business objectives and growth plans. Regularly monitor financial performance against budgets, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for course corrections.
