Job Description
An E-commerce Key Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the e-commerce sector. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce business operations and strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients and generate new business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
The ideal candidate should have:
