Job Description
Optimus Executive Search Solutions Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Product Specialist for the Onco / Hema department. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in any Science or Business-related course and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, we want to hear from you.
As a Product Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular visits to Oncologists and gathering information on orders and market conditions from customers, hospital pharmacy, and sub-distributors in the assigned territory.
- Analyzing and developing sales forecasts for business planning and effectively implementing marketing programs to target customers.
- Communicating effectively, negotiating, being willing to be trained, and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Being willing to travel and explore the Mindanao area.
- Demonstrating a strong will to win and a proven track record.
- Being professional, self-motivated, a team player, resilient, passionate, and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment.
