Job Description

As a Management Trainee at Zark’s Food Ventures Corporation, you will be part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction and excellence. Your responsibilities will include acting as the leader of the branch and being responsible for the attainment of overall branch targets and sales. You will ensure that department goals are effectively communicated and implemented in the branch, while maintaining proper kitchen standards. Managing the day-to-day activities of the staff and personnel, as well as the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services, is also part of your role. You will handle guest satisfaction and complaints, maintain continuity among work teams, and forecast proper orders while maintaining the sanitary conditions of the kitchen.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a college graduate of any Business and Hospitality course or equivalent. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in handling one branch/establishment is required. You should be adept in preparing duty and time schedules of personnel, conducting proper and accurate inventories, and have knowledge of POS and computer-generated reporting. Analytical knowledge based on profit and loss reports is also desired.

This is a full-time position with a salary starting from Php610.00 per day. Additionally, we offer employee discounts, paid training, and opportunities for promotion to permanent employees. The schedule for this position is an 8-hour shift.
