As an Organizational Development Intern at Emma – The Sleep Company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic HR team to support our organization’s development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing strategies, programs, and processes to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
In this role, your responsibilities may include conducting research on best practices, assisting in needs assessments, designing and delivering training materials, and analyzing data to provide insights for improvement.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and works well in a team-oriented environment.
