Job Description
We are currently seeking a Finance Controller who is proficient in U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). This position will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP guidelines and accounting standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Manage the preparation and submission of regulatory and tax filings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
