Job Description

Position: Guest Services Agent
Shift: Night shift | 2 Consecutive Offs
Set-up: Onsite
Location: 4/F 5-Ecom, MOA Complex, Pasay City
Salary and Benefits:
- 24,950 Salary Package
- HMO on day 1 plus 2 dependents upon regularization
- Up to 8k monthly Incentives
- Life Insurance on day 1
- 20% night differential
Qualifications:
- At least HS Grad
- Must have at least 1 YEAR BPO voice international experience
- Good tone of voice
- Preferably someone from Cavite, Las Pinas, Pasay, Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong
- Experience in handling escalations/retentions is a MUST
- With Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with Hotel & reservations as well and excellent com skills
Process:
- VIRTUAL PROCESS
- Phone Screening
- Initial Interview: Starts at 5pm to 6pm
- OPS Validation: Starts at 10 pm
