Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced I.T. Operations Program Manager to join our team. As the I.T. Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our organization’s I.T. operations programs, ensuring they align with our overall business strategy and objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing comprehensive I.T. operations programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define program goals, objectives, and success criteria.
- Leading and motivating a team of I.T. professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure program success.
- Identifying and managing program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation plans.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in I.T. operations management, with demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex programs. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
