Job Description
Requirements:
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related courses.
- 1-2 years experience in marketing, loans and/or banking.
- Has excellent customer service skill
- With driver’s license
- Preferably owns a motorcycle
- Willing to do field work
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell MF loan product
- Conduct applicant interview and pre-screening
- Conduct thorough CIBI and cash-flow analysis
- Present loan applications to credit committee
- Monitor loan accounts (including collection of payments if necessary)
- Follow-up delinquent accounts and institute delinquency alarm signals
- Gather client feedback and market information
