Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Services Analyst I – B2B Collections. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process and ensuring timely collections from our business-to-business (B2B) customers.
Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding balances
- Maintain and update customer financial information in our database
- Prepare and distribute invoices to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve collections processes and reduce aging of receivables
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or collections is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
