Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of B2B Collections Specialist at Open Text Corporation. As a Collections Specialist, your main responsibility would be to manage and collect outstanding debts from our business clients.
In this role, you will:
- Contact clients to discuss overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communicate the status of accounts to the relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or disputes related to outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and improve the overall collections process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B collections or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
