Job Description
Desktop Support Staff is responsible for coordinating properly with Client’s designated contact person/s for the resolution of hardware and software-related problems and checking of equipment upgrades.
- Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date.
- Adhere to End Users Services and Company defined policies and procedures.
- Adheres to standards as defined in SOPs to ensure standardized support
- Work with Service Now application to manage ticket queues
- Inventory management of all IT hardware via IT Asset Management system
- Provides support for both Windows OS and Mac OS
- Knowledgeable in Office 360 applications and configuration
- Knowledgeable in SCCM, Active Directory, Service Now and Azure Systems
- Provides remote support for work-at-home users
- Ensures all computers are updated to the latest versions of OS and other application versions
- Ensures all computers adhere to the Global network and software policies
- Maintains functionality of conference room equipment
- Maintains strict compliance on meeting the SLA for incident and request tickets
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates with solid internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work even on weekends, holidays and at any time if needed.
- Open to work on a Project Based Employment 1yr RENEWABLE CONTRACT
