Job Description
✓ Verifies orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
✓ Contacts customers by phone, email, and social media accounts to answer queries and obtain missing information.
✓ Maintains and updates sales and customer records.
✓ Compiles sales reports.
✓ Issues sales transaction invoices.
