Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the field of procurement? We are currently seeking a Procurement Contract Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing contracts, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to negotiate favorable terms and conditions while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluating contracts and agreements to determine compliance
- Identifying potential risks and proposing solutions
- Collaborating with legal and finance teams to ensure contract accuracy
- Negotiating and enhancing contract terms and conditions
- Monitoring contract performance and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
