Job Description
As a customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our French-speaking customers and guaranteeing their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Mandarin-speaking customers across various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- In a professional and pleasant manner, respond to client inquiries, address issues, and assist with product-related questions or concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to successfully assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Record and document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with other team members and departments as necessary.
- Assist the management team in monitoring customer feedback and reporting common trends and challenges for process improvement.
- Meet or exceed performance and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product updates.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken French, Tagalog, and English is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers are required.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Positivity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are required.
