Job Description
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business related courses.
- Preferably a resident of Pampanga.
- Aside from Kapampangan, knows how to speak Ilocano & Pangasinan languages is an advantage.
- Willing to travel the Central & North Luzon area.
- Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience.
- With experience in handling business and clients is a priority.
- With experience in managing the Sales, Operations, and People in a service company.
- Exposure to the automotive industry will be considered as an advantage.
- Able to understand Financial Statement.
- Able to adapt to the clusterized set up of the company.
- Knows how to interact and communicate with various levels of individuals.
- Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- In-charge of the overall Cluster’s Business Operation Management i.e. Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Engineering, and Logistics.
- Cluster’s Financial Performance, specifically the bottom line.
- Strategic Planning & Execution.
- Business Opportunities & Development relating to Business Sustainability.
- On top of all Cluster’s Scorecards:
- Learning & Growth (People)
- Internal Processes (Operations)
- Customers (Sales & Clients)
- Asset (Financial)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
