Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Managing employee performance and providing guidance for professional development
- Handling employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment
- Administering employee benefit programs and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Preparing and analyzing HR metrics and reports for senior management
To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a similar industry. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is also required.
