Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mayordoma (Household Manager) to manage the household operations and provide exceptional service to the residents and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household, including scheduling, budgeting, and staff management.
- Coordinate and supervise household staff, including butlers, housekeepers, and groundskeepers.
- Manage household budgets, expenses, and inventories.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the residence, including overseeing repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate and oversee household events, parties, and special occasions.
- Act as a point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the household.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php10,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
