Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Barista Cashier in our coffee shop. As a Barista Cashier, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing coffee and other beverages, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in a timely manner
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate as necessary
- Ensure product quality and adhering to food safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
