JOB OBJECTIVE
Develop and maintain product documentation and training guides for both the internal team as well as customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Create and maintain various types of documentation such as product information, knowledge base articles, training guides, templates, as well as other materials for internal team members and customers to use.
- Deeply learn the company’s products and services.
- Support the Lead Product Manager in providing product updates to internal team members on a regular basis.
- Receive and process internal requests for new article and template creation.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; IT-related course is preferred.
- With a minimum 1 year of experience in creating documentation, content, or in a similar capacity.
- Effective communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
- Knowledge of Google Apps, Salesforce, and Jira is a huge plus.
- Willing to work on night shift.
