Job Description
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6AM-3PM, 11AM-8PM, 10PM-6AM
Salary Range: Php 23,00 to Php 25,00
We are currently in need of a licensed RN to fill the position of Company Nurse at Circa Logica Group. The Company Nurse will be responsible for providing basic healthcare services to our employees. They will be in charge of designing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, identifying health hazards, and preventing and treating any resulting disease or injury. The Company Nurse should also encourage good health among employees by conducting frequent health assessments, maintaining health records, and communicating with company management about healthcare and safety.
To be successful in this role, the Company Nurse should have excellent knowledge of emergency healthcare-related issues in the workplace and be able to assess the work environment for any hazards. They should also be skilled in planning intervention programs.
Company Nurse Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
- Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
- Create a clean and comfortable sickbay area.
- Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
- Document all employee injuries and illnesses confidentially.
- Improve employee health through ongoing programs and health checks.
- Develop strategies to maximize employee work output.
- Regularly communicate with management.
Company Nurse Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- 1 to 2 years of working experience as a company or regular nurse.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Critical-thinking skills.
- A warm and caring disposition.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 23,00.00 – Php 25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Night shift
