Job Description
Basic Function(s)
· This position is responsible for ensuring the inventory record accuracy (IRA) and inventory level accuracy (ILA) to accommodate the growing sales order of corporate clients and customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA)
- Implements Inventory Level Accuracy (ILA)
- Monitors the departmental fixed asset inventory
- Ensures that all transactions are accounted, properly documented and recorded for audit trail and traceability purposes
- Checks all stock movements against inventory records
- Controls the issuance of warehouse documents and other related forms
- Ensures compliance to safety procedures, company policies and procedures, and the company’s code of discipline
- Prepares monthly reports for aging and obsolete stocks
Qualification:
- Must be a college graduate
- Work experience as an inventory clerk or equivalent is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
