Job Description
The Nearshore Operations Supervisor position is a key role within our company’s operations department. As a Nearshore Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our nearshore operations, ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities and meeting performance targets.
Your main duties will include coordinating and supervising the work of a team of nearshore employees, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing ongoing training and support to enhance productivity and quality. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resources.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a background in nearshore operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational goals.
