QUALIFICATIONS:

• ✅ Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• ✅ At least 1 year of related work experience.
• ✅ Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.
• ✅ Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
• ✅ Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.
• ✅ Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with a great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.

BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ✅ Promote, offer, and secure loans via door-to-door marketing.
• ✅ Verify and confirm the authenticity of the borrower’s information and requirements in accordance with company policies & procedures.
• ✅ Release loan proceeds to borrowers.
• ✅ Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns, and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with their immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments.
• ✅ Evaluate, qualify, and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts.
• ✅ Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies.
• ✅ Analyze the market’s potential.
• ✅ Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed.
• ✅ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

Experience:

• SALES AND MARKETING: 1 year (Required)

• 100% (Preferred)
