Job Description
- Visit Competitor’s stores and websites to compare prices, type and quality of merchandise they offer.
- Make detailed written and oral reports to management
- Act as customer, taking note of fast moving and unique merchandise
- Timely reporting on market trend and highlighted merchandise that the competitor is offering
- Understanding sales techniques of the competitor and make recommendations
- Present a technical report highlighting strategy, display and customer behavior of the competitor
