Job Description
The Company: Optimum Source Inc. is a business process outsourcing company located at Ortigas Center, Pasig City. We have been in the business since 1998, providing our services to a number of foreign companies worldwide. Join our team and be part of our success!
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone surveys or interviews, explaining objectives and procedures to interviewees, and compiling and recording results and data.
- Perform B2B research and surveys.
- Reach out to influential individuals across financial institutions globally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience.
- Preferably experienced in survey-taking with calls lasting 10-15 minutes.
- Experience in outbound sales is preferred.
- Background in Lead Management/generation/analysis.
