Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Fulfillment Supervisor at Lifesports Incorporated. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
