Job Description
Ø Provide technical assistance and support to employees.
Ø Assists in troubleshooting software glitches and computer errors.
Ø Assists in the development, installation, testing, and debugging of required computer software programs for the school operations.
Ø Conducts regular physical inspection and spot audit of software installed in all school computers; delete computer programs and files that have not been authorized for installation.
Ø Checks software applications that are pre-loaded in newly acquired computers or install operating systems of newly purchased desktop computers or laptops.
Ø Create or design multimedia presentations for school events such as graduation, recognition, etc.
Ø Maintains and organizes Computer Laboratory.
Ø Provide technical support during programs/events.
