Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Role will manage the existing accounting team, composed of head office personnel as well as accounting teams based at the Hotel Properties
- Direct reports include Revenue and Accounts Payable Specialist, Purchase and Accounts Payable Specialist, Accountant Onsite, Auditor Onsite etc.
- In charge of the accounting function for the entire organization. Ensures organizational compliance to financial regulations as well as the standardization of the accounting process across all properties.
- Develops and implements accounting policies/procedures
- Ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting.
- Leads and manages the Accounting team.
- Willing to work for a company that is in the process of systematizing from entrepreneurial roots
- Willing to have direct reports that are based remotely
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager. Experience in the same industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.

Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
