Job Description
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in identity and access management, information security, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- A certification in identity and access management, such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, technologies, and processes
- Proficient in using identity management tools and databases
- Knowledge of security protocols and authentication methods
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve identity and access management issues
- Ability to manage and maintain user access privileges and permissions
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and PCI DSS
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and GDPR
- Knowledge of various operating systems, databases, and enterprise applications
- Understanding of cloud computing and its security implications
- Strong Excel skills with advanced knowledge in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot
Job Description:
The Entitlement Analyst is responsible for supporting the provision of appropriate access to SBC’s IT system for users from across the bank. They help ensure that necessary reviews are performed for user roles and access rights in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Makati City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
