Job Description
Access Healthcare is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Credentialing Account.
Recruitment Process:
- 1st – Initial phone interview
- 2nd – Quick online assessment
- 3rd – Final interview – Job offer
Qualifications:
- Must be SHS Grad, Undergrads, or Any 4-year course.
- With experience in Credentialing account and Healthcare Insurance processes for US customers.
- At least 1-year BPO Healthcare experience.
- Amenable to work onsite – McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
- Can start as soon as possible.
Job Description:
- Work assigned Accounts Receivable accounts or denied claims accounts through the Access Healthcare or client’s workflow and follow up on claims with insurance companies.
- Conduct outbound calls to providers to determine if the provider information on file is correct before an insurance claim is submitted.
- Document in the revenue cycle system on the actions taken, documentation sent to insurance companies, and any other notes from the call with the insurance companies.
- Affiliate our providers with the payers or insurance companies.
