Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Buyer to join our team. As an MRO Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing maintenance, repair, and operating supplies for our company. Your role will involve researching vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, and pricing factors.
- Negotiating contracts and prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Managing inventory and ensuring optimal levels of MRO supplies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand their MRO needs and requirements.
- Monitoring market trends and staying updated on industry developments.
- Implementing strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings in MRO procurement processes.
