Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Agent to join our team at Growsari Inc. As a Key Accounts Agent, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with our key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and serving as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Regularly communicate with key accounts to understand their needs and preferences
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to key accounts
- Analyze sales data and trends to strategize and optimize key account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for key accounts
- Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance to management
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in key account management or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
