Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry
- Knowledge of alternative investments a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Description
- Curate collaborative relationships with custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties
- Communicate directly with fund managers and third-party administrators, explaining requirements of the platform and guiding them through the setup process
- Ensure that internal stakeholders (Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing) are well informed about onboarding status updates and that expectations are aligned
- Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflows
- Create and maintain KPIs related to fund onboarding
- Contribute to the success of Fund Onboarding and broader Operations team’s goals through OKR framework
- Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
- Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
