Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering with PRC license
- At least 3 years of work experience as an Estimator, especially in residential and commercial buildings
- Proficient in rebar cutting list
- Ability to prepare cost estimates, quantity take-off, cost reports, and cash flows
- Evaluates billings and accomplishments
- Knowledgeable in estimating software such as Planswift and Bluebeam
- Attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php20,00.00 per month
